The location of Pinetum Gardens Retreats is fantastic, with multiple supermarkets nearby. The well-equipped caravan provided a comfortable and homely stay. We loved the closed tent/hangout area attached to the caravan, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors, even in rainy weather. Plus, the retreat is dog-friendly, which was a big bonus for us.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

The space in the caravan was great, with all the necessary amenities such as toaster, kettle, iron, and pots and pans. the location was perfect, close to shops and a popular attraction, making it convenient for exploring. having a parking space right outside the caravan with hedges for privacy was a nice touch.
Being a caravan, it was quite noisy, especially when it rained, making it difficult to sleep. the thin mattress also contributed to discomfort.

We had great value for our money at Pinetum Gardens Retreats. The caravan we stayed in was pristine and comfortable, with beds that were so amazing we searched online to buy the pillows for our home. The location was perfect, tucked away in a secluded area but still within easy walking distance to town and a short drive to beautiful beaches. The owner was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, offering great tips on local attractions and beaches.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if it was included in our stay. Despite that, the staff at the retreat were very pleasant and helpful.

Great location, quiet and close to St Austell. Easy access to Carlyon Bay for walks. Cabin had all necessary amenities and the shower was amazing. the owner was pleasant and helpful.
Caravans were placed too close together, making it noisy and lacking privacy. Lack of insulation made it difficult to sleep during rainy days.
